WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
As an Service Desk Engineer you’ll play a key role in troubleshooting IT support desk for our clients. Working closely with senior engineers, you’ll support systems, networks, and cloud environments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing second-level support for Microsoft Server, Azure, and Office 365 environments.
- Managing VLANs, VPNs, firewalls, and network configurations.
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, escalating when necessary.
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE…
- 3+ years of experience in system and network administration.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Server, Azure, Office 365, and networking concepts.
- Experience with VLANs, VPNs, and firewalls (configuration and troubleshooting).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
