WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
As a Senior System Engineer you will be responsible for managing and troubleshooting complex IT environments, ensuring seamless operation and support for our clients. You will work with a wide array of technologies, including Microsoft Server, Azure, Office 365, VLANs, VPNs, firewalls, SQL, and scripting. Your role will involve leading major network incidents, evaluating new technologies, and providing high-level technical guidance.
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE…
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Infrastructure andamp; Networking, with strong knowledge of Microsoft Server/Azure/365, SQL, Scripting, VLANs, VPNs, and firewalls
- Proven ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot server operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, including backups, compute, networking, Active Directory, Virtual Desktop, and Sentinel
- Solid understanding of virtualisation technologies such as Hyper-V and VMware
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage client relationships effectively
