WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?…
As a Senior eCommerce Specialist, you will be the driving force behind our online strategy, working with the wider marketing team, your focus will be on optimising our ecommerce platform, managing email marketing campaigns, overseeing paid media efforts, curating content, and ensuring our product offerings align with market demands. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, product, and marketing, to ensure our online stores not only reflects the essence of our brand but also drives sustainable growth. Day to day responsibilities will include:
eCommerce Strategy andamp; Execution
- Develop and execute the ecommerce strategy to drive sales, profitability, and customer engagement
- Continuously optimise the customer journey across the ecommerce platform to maximise conversion rates, AOV, and customer retention
Email Marketing
- Oversee the end-to-end email marketing process, from strategy and segmentation to execution and analysis
- Manage automated workflows, promotional campaigns, and personalised content to enhance customer engagement and drive revenue whilst growing our customer base
Paid Media Management
- Lead paid media campaigns across channels, including Google Ads, Meta and other relevant platforms
- Work closely with the digital marketing team to allocate budgets effectively, optimise ad spend, and achieve targeted ROI
Content Management
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop compelling content that resonates with our target audience.
- Ensure product descriptions, visuals, and promotional content align with brand guidelines and drive online engagement
Performance Analysis andamp; Reporting
- Monitor and analyse key ecommerce metrics, including traffic, conversion rates, AOV, and customer lifetime value
- Generate detailed reports and insights to inform strategic decisions and drive continuous improvement
WE NEED YOU TO HAVE…
- Proven experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, preferably within the fashion industry
- Strong expertise in email marketing
- Paid Media campaign management across Search andamp; Social
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Shopify experience
