As we continue to grow, we are looking for a seasoned Senior Business Development Manager to drive our sales initiatives, strengthen client relationships, and lead the charge in expanding our market presence.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?…

Joining as our Senior Business Development Manager you will play a pivotal role within our wider sales team, focusing on converting inbound leads and generating new business opportunities. With a strong understanding of the digital landscape, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including strategy, Analysts, technical and SDR’s to develop tailored solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of closing deals and an ability to build and nurture lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Lead Conversion: Efficiently manage and convert inbound leads into long-term clients by understanding their needs, presenting tailored solutions, and articulating the value of our services.
  • Business Development: Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in line with company growth targets, focusing on key markets and industries.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring the highest level of client satisfaction.
  • Sales Strategy: Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies, working closely with the Chief Sales Officer and other senior leaders to align on goals and objectives.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.

WE NEED YOU TO HAVE…

  • Experience in business development andamp; sales within a digital agency
  • Demonstrated success in closing deals and consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing, advertising, and technology trends
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present confidently and persuasively to senior stakeholders.
