WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

As our Sales Development Representative, you’ll be right in the thick of the digital marketing scene, leading the charge to find and lock in new business opportunities that’ll keep our agency growing strong. You’ll report directly to our Head of Strategic Growth and become a vital member of our Growth team.

You will prioritise bringing in leads and boosting revenue, all while keeping an eye on ways to make our agency better. Think SEO, content marketing, and digital PR to reel in those potential clients. You’ll chat up inbound leads, set up meetings, and run workshops like a pro using our playbook. But that’s not all! You’ll also be hitting the pavement (or rather, the internet) to find cool partnerships with other agencies. Plus, you’ll be the master of loom videos, giving inbound leads a personalised peek at how we can help them up their game.

And hey, it’s not all solo work. You’ll be part of a tight-knit team, collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to cook up new ways to snag opportunities and make the agency shine even brighter.

YOU WILL NEED…

  • 1+ years’ experience in a business development role within a digital marketing agency
  • A strong understanding of digital marketing practices
  • To be results-driven with a strong focus on achieving targets and KPI’s
  • Knowledge of Hubspot or other similar CRM systems
  • Be open to domestic travel to assist with your role
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
  • The ability to work across multiple tasks simultaneously
  • A strong understanding of inbound marketing
