WHO ARE WE?

We’re a national property team managing a diverse portfolio of residential properties. We work with a broad range of clients to ensure homes are well-maintained, tenancies are efficiently managed and outcomes meet both client and tenant needs. Our team is made up of experienced property professionals who collaborate to deliver consistent, high-quality service. With a strong portfolio and continued growth, we offer a supportive environment where you can build your expertise, take ownership of your work and develop your career.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING…

You’ll manage the full cycle of residential property management, from leasing and tenant onboarding through to renewals and departures.

Your day-to-day will include conducting regular property inspections and coordinating maintenance or repairs to ensure properties meet safety and quality standards. You’ll respond promptly to tenant and owner enquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain positive relationships.

You’ll be responsible for marketing and leasing available properties, including preparing listings, arranging viewings, and screening potential tenants. This also includes preparing tenancy agreements, rent reviews, and lease renewals in line with legislation.

Managing rental collections, arrears, and payment records will be part of your role, along with keeping accurate records, preparing reports for owners, and updating property management systems. You’ll coordinate with contractors, trades, and service providers for maintenance, renovations, or emergency works as needed.

You’ll stay up to date with residential tenancy legislation, local regulations, and industry best practice. You’ll have ownership of your portfolio, prioritise tasks effectively, and work closely with the team to ensure owners and tenants receive excellent service. Your expertise will contribute directly to the growth and reputation of the business.

YOU WILL NEED…

  • Experience managing residential properties including apartments, houses and multi-unit complexes
  • A valid real estate licence
  • Full working rights – PR, citizenship or long-term visa (e.g. partner visa)
  • Strong knowledge of residential tenancy legislation, property management standards and landlord/tenant obligations
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a client-focused approach
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and workflows independently while collaborating with the team
