WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

As our Performance Marketing Manager, your main response will be to drive out global growth strategy. Your expertise in paid search, paid social, and SEO will be pivotal in bringing our marketing efforts in-house and scaling them to align with our ambitious growth plans.

Your responsibilities will span from crafting compelling paid social campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, optimising our paid search initiatives across Google to maximise ROI and drive traffic, and enhancing organic search visibility through SEO best practices and effective collaboration with our internal dev team.

You will also be responsible for comprehensive reporting on KPIs to measure the effectiveness of our global marketing strategies. You’ll compile and analyse data from various sources, including paid search, paid social, and SEO campaigns, to provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Your reports will not only track campaign performance but also identify trends, opportunities for optimisation, and areas for improvement. By translating complex data into clear and actionable insights, you’ll empower decision-making processes and drive continuous improvement in our marketing efforts. Your reporting will play a crucial role in demonstrating the impact of our marketing initiatives, informing strategic direction, and maximising ROI.

YOU WILL NEED…

  • 3+ years’ experience in a performance marketing role – THIS MUST BE IN A FASHION/ECOMMERCE ENVIRONMENT
  • A proven track record of effective paid search and paid social campaigns
  • A strong understanding and hands-on experience increasing organic visibility through SEO
  • Experience in managing monthly budgets up to $50K and sometimes more in seasonal periods
  • To be data led
  • To have a true passion for fashion – women’s, men’s or juniors, we don’t mind!
  • To have a desire to grow a team
