WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING…
As a Performance Marketing Lead, you will join our wider team and help to spearhead our paid search and paid social campaigns, driving success across multiple high-profile client accounts in the Fashion, Lifestyle and Beauty sector. Your strategic vision and hands-on approach will ensure the execution of innovative marketing strategies that maximise ROI and elevate our clients’ brand presence. Day to day responsibilities will include:
Strategy Development
- Develop and implement performance marketing strategies across paid search (Google Ads, PMax) and paid social (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest) channels.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals, target audience, and KPIs, translating these into effective marketing campaigns.
Campaign Management
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid search and paid social campaigns.
- Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategies.
- Utilise A/B testing, audience segmentation, and other tactics to continuously improve campaign performance
Analytics andamp; Reporting
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Use data-driven insights to optimise campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI and goal achievement.
WE NEED YOU TO HAVE…
- Proven experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on paid search and paid social channels (up skilling in Paid Social will be provided if stronger across Paid Search / PPC
- Search, Shopping, Display, Meta, TikTok experience
- End to end campaign management
- Previous experience working with eCommerce clients
- Knowledge of Shopify
- Strong Analytical skills
- Agency experience
