WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?...
In this unique role, you’ll be leading paid social activity for one of the agency’s flagship client accounts. It’s a rare opportunity that combines the best of both worlds: the variety, momentum, and collaborative culture of agency life, alongside the depth of focus, ownership, and close partnership that comes from being fully embedded with a single client, almost like working in-house.
You’ll become an extension of the client’s team, acting as a strategic advisor and performance expert, while still having the full backing, resources, and energy of the agency behind you. This means direct access to decision-makers, quicker campaign feedback loops, and the chance to influence outcomes at a deeper level. You’ll be responsible for end-to-end campaign management, delivering high-performing, conversion-focused paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and other key platforms. You’ll use data to shape direction, creative to drive engagement, and constant optimisation to achieve exceptional results.
WE NEED YOU TO HAVE…
- 5 years + experience managing end to end performance / conversion driven campaigns across Paid Social
- eCommerce / Retail experience
- Proven experience as a Paid Social Manager / AD or similar role within a digital agency or marketing department
- Analytical mindset and comfort working with performance data
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
