WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING…
You’ll lead the planning and buying of traditional media campaigns, working alongside client leads, strategists, and trading teams. You’ll manage the end-to-end process from campaign development and media negotiations through to execution, reporting, and post-campaign reviews. You’ll build strong client and media relationships, keeping campaigns on track and aligned to business objectives. You’ll also mentor junior team members and help drive best practice in planning and trading.
YOU WILL NEED…
- Proven experience in media planning and buying within an agency environment
- Strong knowledge of traditional media – including TV, radio, print, and out-of-home
- Confidence managing budgets, negotiations, and campaign delivery
- A client-focused approach with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns at once
- A proactive mindset with a passion for driving results and leading campaigns
