WHO ARE WE?

Working with a company in the industrial sector specialising in automation and electrical systems, we are a well-known business that operates alongside a construction firm that provides design and build services for industrial and commercial projects.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

As an IT Support Engineer, you will handle advanced support issues, resolving complex technical problems. Your role will involve diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues for the wider team, as well as providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE…

  • Strong technical support and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with Windows operating systems and networking
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle complex technical issues independently.
  • Proficiency in documenting support processes and solutions.
