WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?
As an Enterprise SEO Manager, you will lead the strategic development and implementation of SEO initiatives, driving growth for our clients and our agency. You will manage a talented team of SEO specialists, guiding their professional development and ensuring the delivery of high-quality work.
You will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven SEO strategies, analysing performance metrics, and continuously refining our approach to achieve optimal results. While your primary focus will be on strategic oversight and team leadership, you will also get hands-on with technical SEO tasks and optimisations to stay connected with the latest industry trends and best practices. This role demands a balance of strategic vision and practical execution, ensuring we remain at the forefront of the SEO landscape.
WHAT YOU NEED…
- 5+ years’ experience in an SEO specialised role
- Must have experience working across enterprise clients – a few at once ideally
- Line management experience
- Agency experience
- An expert level understanding of SEO fundamentals and processes
- Experience devising strategy
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
- Be data driven and be able to identify opportunities for further growth
- The desire to grow within an SEO specialised environment
- Strong skills across the basic SEO stack – GA4, SEMRUSH, Ahrefs etc
- Experience across global brands
