WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?
This is a freelancing position for an Ecommerce Account Manager who is available to hit the ground running immediately. This position will run for the month of January with possible chances for expansion.
You will bring your expertise in shopify to work with our top e commerce brands and accelerate their growth. You will liaise with technical developers and be a problem solver if there are any shopify issues like bugs and link those problems with the correct expertise in the business.
On a day to day basis you will report on performances using Google Analytics and Google Data Studio etc. You will also conduct WIP meetings with clients to go over the status of all activities and performances to ensure they are in line with their goals.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED…
- Must be available to start ASAP
- Shopify Experience
- 2-3 Ecommerce Experience
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics and Google Data Studio
- Experience managing client relationships
- Understanding of ad platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager
