YOU WILL BE DOING…
In this unique position, you will be responsible for driving our brand visibility and market presence through strategic marketing efforts and exceptional digital design skills, you will need strong skills in digital design, SEO and Paid Advertisements. From developing comprehensive marketing strategies to crafting visually compelling content for digital platforms, you will play a pivotal role in shaping impactful marketing campaigns. Our marketing department is a new addition to the team, so you will have full autonomy over strategy and the prospects of building out your own team to accelerate our growth.
You will analyse and track the performance of marketing campaigns, using data analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement. Providing regular reports to the senior management team, you will present insights and recommendations to enhance campaign effectiveness and achieve desired outcomes.
YOU WILL NEED….
- 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing – Paid Media is necessary
- To have a well-rounded understanding of SEO
- Understand the fundamentals of digital marketing – including paid advertisements and social media
- To stay updated on industry best practices, design trends, and marketing innovations to continuously improve marketing and design strategies
- Strong reporting skills
- Strong communication skills – you will be required to work cross functionally and liaise with stakeholders
- To have effective marketing research and competitor analysis skills – identifying opportunities and trends in the industrial market, providing valuable insights for strategic decision-making
- A growth mindset – this is a new department and we want you to make it successful!
- A desire to work within the oil and gas industry
