WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?
As the Account Director in our Client Services team, you’ll bridge the gap between clients and our Strategy and Performance teams, driving digital success across channels. You’ll work closely with clients to understand their business goals, leading a team of specialists to deliver impactful, multi-channel campaigns that include social media, SEO, paid media, content, and CRM.
You’ll be the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, developing strong relationships, facilitating workshops, and providing strategic guidance. By fostering collaboration across data, creative, and performance, you’ll ensure integrated solutions that achieve clients’ goals.
Additionally, you’ll identify new opportunities for digital innovation, manage budgets, and mentor team members on strategy and analytics. This role is about combining strategic insight with hands-on leadership to deliver growth-focused digital experiences.
YOU WILL NEED…
- 5+ years’ experience in digital account management within an agency
- Strong understanding across Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, CRO and other digital marketing ideologies
- Prior experience with enterprise level clients – ideally multiple at once
- Agency experience
- Experience in omni channel digital marketing campaigns
- Ability to manage multiple projects, deliverables, deadlines, detail and relationships at the same time
- High level understanding of attribution solutions
- A proven track record in finding efficiencies with spend and reducing fees
- Experience in both lead generation and e-commerce highly regarded
- Ability to influence, motivate and collaborate with staff at all levels of the organisation
- Strong communications and presentation skills in meetings and client workshops
- Strong analytics skills
IT’S NICE HAVE TO HAVE…
- Previous experience in either SEO or PPC preferred
