WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?
In this role, you will be the primary contact for key client accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships through regular communication, strategic guidance, and effective problem-solving. Leading client relationships, presentations, and performance reviews, you’ll ensure campaigns deliver outstanding results and uncover new growth opportunities.
Overseeing the execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, such as Search and Social, will be a key responsibility. You will lead a talented team of digital marketing professionals, including account managers and specialists, to develop and implement comprehensive strategies that align with client objectives and drive business growth.
Collaborating with analytics experts, you will analyse large data sets to provide clear, actionable insights and recommendations for improved results. Your understanding of psychological principles and consumer behaviour will help in developing high-performing creative assets.
You will conduct detailed analysis of market trends and media investments to identify channels and networks delivering the best ROI. Managing and communicating project deliverables, timelines, expectations, goals, and milestones to both internal and external stakeholders will be essential. Additionally, you will identify and pursue profitable growth opportunities within existing client portfolios.
WHAT YOU NEED…
- 5+ years’ experience within digital account management
- Must have agency-side experience – 5+ years
- A strong understanding across Paid Search, Paid Social, Social Media Marketing and other digital marketing channels
- Strong skills in analytics and the ability to identify opportunities for your clients
- Ability to maintain strong attention to detail while multi-tasking and reprioritising a changing workload
- Ability to build deep, genuine relationships and guide holistic performance marketing strategy
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal
