WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

You will regularly interact with clients via phone and email to address queries, discuss requirements, and provide updates. You’ll design and implement SEO strategies tailored to client objectives, including keyword research, competitor analysis, and website audits.

You will manage the execution of SEO campaigns, you’ll oversee timelines and deliverables using project management tools, monitoring and analysing performance, and develop content strategies to engage target audiences. Your proactive problem-solving will ensure high client retention and satisfaction, and you will support the sales and tech teams when needed.

You play a role in building strong client relationships and driving and designing successful SEO campaigns. Engaging directly with clients, you’ll understand their goals and address their queries, using your SEO experience to develop customised strategies. You’ll manage all aspects of SEO campaigns, from setting timelines and tracking deliverables to conducting website audits and creating content strategies.

Your role involves maintaining high client retention rates through exceptional service and proactive problem-solving. Collaborating closely with sales and tech teams, you’ll support the agency’s growth while ensuring client satisfaction at every touchpoint. Ultimately, you’ll act as the bridge between the agency and its clients, ensuring seamless execution of SEO initiatives that lead to client success and satisfaction.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED…

  • 1+ years’ agency experience within SEO and account management
  • Must have strong understanding of SEO practices and familiarity with SEO tools
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to build rapport and maintain strong client relationships
  • Confident in using SEO tools eg – SEMRUSH, AHREFS, Google Analytics etc
  • Strong project management and organisation skills – you will be managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously
  • You are strategically driven and have a creative mindset
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Able to llearn new skills and adapt to changing environments

IT’S NICE TO HAVE…

  • Relevant degree (Business, Marketing, or Communications) is ideal, but not essential
  • A website / portfolio showcasing your wins and previous projects
