We work closely as a team, combining sales, operations and delivery to create sustainable growth for both our clients and the business. With a strong foundation in place, we are now looking for a Business Development Manager to support and scale our growth engine.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
You will take ownership of progressing opportunities through the full sales cycle, from initial engagement through to signed agreement. Working across both inbound and outbound channels, you will qualify leads, run structured discovery sessions and build a strong pipeline aligned to our target markets and service offering. You will prepare proposals, scopes and pricing in line with our commercial model, ensuring each opportunity fits our positioning, delivery capacity and margin expectations.
You will work closely with the Managing Director and Agency Operations Manager to ensure alignment between sales and delivery, contributing to accurate forecasting and sustainable growth. Alongside new business, you will support account growth by identifying upsell and cross sell opportunities and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. You will also provide market insight, helping shape pricing, positioning and overall go to market strategy.
WE NEED YOU TO HAVE…
- Previous experience in a Business Development, Sales or Account Management role within an agency or digital environment
- Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to close
- Confidence running discovery meetings and managing client conversations
- Experience preparing proposals, scopes and pricing with a commercial mindset
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a consistent pipeline
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
