  • 3+ years account management experience within an agency
  • Offices based in Parramatta
  • Hybrid working setup (3days in office / 2 WFH)

What will you be doing?

Joining the team as an Account manager you will take on your own book of clients, being their first point of contact you will need to retrieve briefs as well as extracting exactly what the client is looking for. As well as this you will be providing insightful reports to all clients on a continual and regular basis as well as helping manage their budgets and delegating their technical briefs to the team wo will produce it into deliverables. You will have a close relationship with the owners who will help develop the client journey you provide as well as helping you improve client-based functions of the business.

You will need…

  • 3+ Years experience in Account management
  • Experience in – SEO, Google ads, social media ads
  • Strong communication skills – Verbal and written
  • Understanding of the tech used
  • Comfortable running meetings
  • Comfortable public speaking
  • Previous experience dealing with multiple stakeholders
