WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?
We’re on the lookout for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll report and work directly with the Performance Marketing Manager and play a pivotal part in shaping and executing paid media strategies across both paid search and paid social platforms.
Day to day, you’ll be hands-on with campaign implementation, with an approximate 60/40 split between paid social and paid search. You’ll take ownership of campaign performance, managing budgets and ad spend, analysing data, and delivering clear, strategic reporting that goes beyond just metrics but rather offering actionable insights to drive continued success!
In addition, you’ll collaborate closely with our content and design teams to ensure campaigns are supported by engaging creative and conversion optimised landing pages. Forecasting will also be a key part of your role, helping ensure all campaigns are not only efficient but positioned for optimal results. We’re a collaborative agency, so teamwork is at the heart of what we do. You’ll be working alongside passionate, supportive colleagues who value innovation and creative thinking.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED…
  • 4+ years hands on Paid search and paid social skills in a digital agency
  • Breadth of experience on a range of social platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Linkedin)
