- Hybrid role – Offices based in Brisbane City
- From $80K-$110K – depending on experience, the higher end of the bracket encompasses line management

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?
As a key member within our eCommerce team, you will be responsible for managing all of our leading eCommerce partners, providing consultations in order to optimise their performance, partnerships and ensure our brand is perceived in the way it should be. Your day-to-day will be super varied, from managing new and exclusive launches across our site to alternating business plans for our partners, considering ecosystems and landscapes to ensure stock levels are parallel to demand, KPIs are hit and gaps in the market are identified. You will be overseeing a team of executives, ensuring that their smaller accounts are noting positive sales and performance, forecasting profits, and offering advice on how to improve to help achieve our company-wide expectations.
YOU WILL NEED…
- 4+ years’ experience in Account Management – preferable that these are within the eCommerce space
- Have a solid digital marketing understanding – there will be no sperate team planning the marketing behind your ideas!
- Strong analytic skills – reporting and analysing are the backbone for success
- Experience working within a premium brand
- An understanding on ecosystems and landscapes
- Strong communication skills – both written and verbal, this is a client-first role
