  • 3+ years’ experience in Paid Media Implementation – MUST be across CM360, DV360, Meta as a minimum

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

We are having an internal move of our current paid specialist for him to continue his growth. This leaves open a space within our small knit marketing team is one of the peak seasonal periods, we are looking to plug the gap in the busy times before making a permanent hire early next year.

As our paid specialist, you will work closely with our marketing manager in bringing the campaigns to life and ensuring they are performing to their highest standard. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of managing and optimising performance media campaigns across Meta, Search, and Programmatic channels. You’ll dive into hands-on implementation, ensuring that our digital efforts reach and engage the right audiences effectively. Working within our GMP marketing stack – DV360, Campaign Manager, Search Ads, and Google Analytics – you’ll analyse, adjust, and fine-tune campaigns to maximise their impact and meet key objectives. If you bring experience in the charity sector, that’s a great plus, as you’ll have the opportunity to drive initiatives that directly support our mission. This role requires a detail-oriented approach and strategic thinking to deliver results that not only align with our organisational goals but also make a meaningful difference.

YOU WILL NEED…

  • 3+ years’ experience in Paid Media Implementation
  • MUST have experience across GMP – in particular CM360, DV360, GAas a minimum
  • MUST be able to interview and join immediately
  • The desire to work within the not-for-profit space
  • Experience and confidence with large budget management
  • The ability to build a campaign from scratch
  • The ability to monitor optimise pre-existing campaigns
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills
  • The ability to hit the ground running in a global organisation
