WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?
As a digital media director you will lead the paid media team in paid social and programmatic and be hands on with both the strategy and implementation. You will be confident communicating with clients, and build and maintain relationships. You will also use your knowledge in paid search to drive the strategies for paid search campaigns when required.
You will use your expertise on CM360, Bvod, Video campaigns etc to deliver and implement creative paid media campaigns to achieve strong results for each of our clients.
You will monitor the performance of all paid media campaigns and report direct insights to the Managing Director, ensuring the campaigns are optimised and running to there fullest.
As a digital media director you will be involved in taking briefs directly from the client, as well as presenting campaign results directly. You will also be involved in providing recommendations on where the clients. You will also be involved in pitching to potential new clients that have been brought in by sales strategies to drive future growth.
On a day to day you will:
- Design and implement paid social campaigns
- Implement programmatic ads independently
- Implement video campaigns
- Provide high level strategies for paid search campaigns.
- Maintain strong, proactive communication with clients and internal teams.
- Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimize results.
- You will use your line management experience for one digital media specialist and play a key role in mentoring them.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- 4+ years experience across paid media and programmatic
- Hands on implementation experience in paid social and programmatic
- Must have experience with CM360, Bvod, Video campaigns etc
- Maintain strong, communication with clients and be confident in taking briefs and providing recommendations.
- Must have agency experience
- Strong data analysis skills
- Experience in Budget Management
- Maintain and regularly report campaign insights into Managing director.
