WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?
As a Digital Media Specialist, you’ll manage and execute campaigns across Paid Social, Programmatic – such as video campaigns like BVOD etc, using tools like CM360 to track and optimise performance. You’ll also work alongside a third-party search agency to ensure search strategies are integrated into broader campaign plans.
Your role will involve setting up, managing, and optimising campaigns to meet client goals, ensuring budgets are allocated effectively and performance is consistently monitored. You’ll analyse results, provide clear reports, and recommend improvements to maximise outcomes.
You’ll manage client accounts directly, building strong relationships and keeping communication clear and consistent throughout each campaign. Staying on top of industry trends and platform updates, you’ll bring fresh ideas to enhance strategies and results.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll have ownership of your work while collaborating with a supportive team, in particular your well seasoned digital director(line manager). You’ll have the flexibility to manage your workload and deliver results in a straightforward, efficient way.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED…
- 2+ years’ experience in Paid Media – Must include Paid Social, Paid Video and CM360
- Agency Experience
- Client-facing experience
- The desire to work within a small-knit but collaborative team
- The desire to work remote – previous exp is a plus
- Must have full working rights for 3+ years
- Must have experience in the Australian market
- The desire to grow into a digital manager
- The ability to start interviewing and accept a role now but start in Jan 2025 onwards
- Hands-on experience in creating campaigns from scratch
- Hands-on experience optimising pre-existing campaings
- A strong understanding of analytical platforms – Google Analytics, FB Ads Manager etc
- The ability to manage multiple clients at once
